The ZKLF1255 2RS PE INA is a double direction angular contact thrust ball bearing. This precision bearing type, also known as an axial angular contact ball bearing, is designed for use in screw drives and other applications requiring high running accuracy and load capacity. The bearing consists of a plastic cage with a double row of balls, a thick-walled outer ring, and a split inner ring. Thanks to the 60-degree contact angle, radial and high axial forces can be absorbed in both directions.
The outer ring of the ZKLF1255 2RS PE INA is equipped with bolt holes, allowing this bearing to be easily mounted directly onto or into the adjacent structure. No separate cover is needed to secure the bearing, reducing installation time and effort. Additionally, the outer ring has a groove for easy removal from the housing. The ZKLF1255 2RS PE INA thus enables a rigid bearing arrangement that is easy to assemble and disassemble.
The ZKLF1255 2RS PE INA is a bearing variant with less strict tolerances compared to the higher-priced version without the PE suffix.
