At 247industries, you can return your products within 14 days. To accept the returned product, the original packaging must be intact and the product unused.

After receiving and checking your return, we will ensure a full refund of the purchase amount.

The costs of returning a product are at your own expense. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly refund the full purchase amount.

Once we have received and checked your return according to the stated conditions, we will send a credit note by e-mail. The refund will then be processed within 14 days.

When we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. It may happen that your shipment has already arrived at our warehouse according to Track & Trace, but you have not yet received the confirmation.
We process all returns within 72 hours and always strive to provide a suitable solution for you.
