Ordering

Ordering at 247Industries is simple. Find the product you want, choose the quantity, and click ‘Add to Cart.’ Then select your payment method and shipping option, and complete your order. You need an account to place an order, which also gives you easy access to your order history, lets you track the status of your orders, and manage multiple delivery addresses.
If you order on weekdays before 18:00 (CET), we will ship your order the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

In our webshop, you can always see the current stock per product. If a product is temporarily out of stock, it may still be possible to order it. If we already know when the item will be back in stock, we will indicate an expected delivery date. You can then see immediately when the product can be shipped.
Please note that we always ship orders in a single shipment. This means your order will only be shipped once all items are in stock.

Our webshop always shows prices excluding VAT by default. Prices including VAT are displayed directly above the prices excluding VAT so that you can always clearly see the total amount.

You can modify your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If you want to make a change, contact our customer service. After the change is processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please note that a modification may affect the delivery time of your order.

Do you want to cancel your order? This is possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service and provide your order number and reason for cancellation. After processing the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive the invoice. The invoice is always available in your account from the next business day.
Did you not receive the order confirmation? Contact our customer service, and we can check whether your order was received correctly.

Tip: Always check your spam folder as the confirmation may end up there.
