Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address. When completing your order, you can see the exact shipping costs in the shopping cart based on your postal code and country. This way, we always show the current rates for your order.

We ship our products daily with UPS, TNT, DHL, or Schenker. During the checkout process, you can choose which carrier will deliver your order. Shipping costs and any differing delivery times are clearly displayed.

Note: Orders shipped via TNT must be placed before 3:00 PM due to TNT pickup schedules.

The delivery time for each product is indicated on our webshop. Products that are in stock and ordered before 6:00 PM are processed the same day.
If some products are out of stock, the order will normally be shipped once all items are available. If you prefer partial delivery, please contact our customer service, and we will gladly assist.

Are you expecting a package from 247Industries but it has not yet been delivered? First, check the following:

1. Check the Track & Trace code
   You can find the Track & Trace code in your account or in the shipping confirmation. Check via the link on the Track & Trace page if the delivery time has changed.
2. Check the delivery address
   Ensure that the correct delivery address was entered when placing your order.
3. Check your mailbox
   Sometimes a package is delivered to a neighbor, or the carrier delivers it later. In both cases, you will receive a confirmation in your mailbox.
