Our shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address. When completing your order, you can calculate your shipping charges in the shopping basket by entering the postcode and country where your order is to be delivered. This way, we will always be able to indicate current rates for all our orders.
Our products are shipped daily via: UPS, DPD, TNT, or SCHENKER. Within our order process, you can select which shipping agent you would like us to use for your order. The delivery periods of our products are listed per product at our web store. Any products that are in stock and ordered by 6pm CET are processed that same day. When you place an order and part of the products are not in stock, the order will be dispatched as standard once all the products are available. Would you rather receive a part delivery? Once you have completed your order, you will always receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You will also receive a Track & Trace code so you can see the current status of your order. Are you planning on ordering regularly? In that case, we recommend that you create an account. You will then be able to complete any future orders even faster. As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Next, we will send you the Track & Trace code for your order by e-mail. You will be able to use this code to check the current status of your order at any time. The current status of your order can also be seen within your personal account environment at any time.
