S6310 2RS Koyo (JTEKT)

The S6310 2RS Koyo (JTEKT) is a stainless steel deep groove ball bearing. Stainless steel is highly corrosion-resistant. This makes stainless steel bearings suitable for environments where the presence of moisture or chemicals is a factor. These environments include the food industry, and pharmaceutical- and chemical applications. Moreover, stainless steel can withstand relatively high temperatures. However, stainless steel bearings do have slightly lower load carrying capacities compared to chrome-steel bearings.
