The LFR50/5-6-2RS-RB-HLC INA track roller bearing is a two-row angular contact bearing with a very thick-walled outer ring. With these track roller bearings, carriages will run quickly and quietly on guide rails at speeds up to 10 m/s and with a maximum acceleration of 50 m/s2.
The bearings can support high radial- and axial forces in both directions. The special curved shape of the outer ring creates two contact surfaces with the guide rail. Furthermore, the inner and outer ring of this track roller are made of corrosion resistant steel. Additionally, the lubricant will protect the rolling elements against corrosion. Finally, these track rollers have easy inner-ring lubrication.
