Ordering products from 247industies is very easy. You search the product, select the quantity you wish to order, and click on ”add to basket”. You select a payment method and one of our delivery options. The order can then be completed easily with or without an account.
Are you planning on ordering regularly? In that case, we recommend that you create an account. You will then be able to complete any future orders even faster. With an account, you will also always have a record of your order history, you will be able to see the status of current orders and you can easily add multiple delivery addresses.
Any order placed by 5pm CET on a working day will be prepared and dispatched immediately. So in many cases, you will be able to receive your parcel the following day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the first Monday after.
It may happen that a product is out of stock. At our web store, we list the stock level for each product. If an item is out of stock, we indicate when we expect it to return. Do you have an emergency request and need products quickly? Then please contact our Customer Services. Our specialists will immediately start a search to be able to dispatch the product promptly if at all possible.
It is possible to change your order providing it has not yet been dispatched. If you wish to change your order, please contact our Customer Services. Once your order has changed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Any change to your order may affect the delivery period of your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services. Please quote your order number and your reason for cancelling. Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
After each order, we send an order confirmation by e-mail once it is processed by our team. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact our Customer Services. Our Customer Services will then be able to confirm whether your order has gone through correctly. Tip: Always check your spam folder to see if your order confirmation has gone in there.
Apart from via our web shop, it is also possible to place your order by phone. Our team of enthusiastic Customer Services Assistants are on hand to process your order during our opening times.
